Our e-Learning Development
At Integrated Learning Services, we incorporate adult learning theory into our designs and believe that all e-learning courses should contain some form of relevant interaction for the learner. We include interactions to both keep your learners engaged and test that they are achieving the learning objectives' outcome.
Our development involvement can be as much or as little as you like.
For some clients, we perform full cycle development using the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). We can create templates, graphics, simulations, etc. as needed.
For other clients, we perform development only -- for example, developing from client storyboards or converting existing instructor-led materials into web-based training programs using either our own templates or those of our clients.
No matter which process, we strive to keep development cycles short.
